In my own journey I discovered how to tap into the creativity in me: It was my art which opened a way to give expression to what I felt. I studied coaching to understand for myself what was going on for me. Then I realised I could create for myself an amazingly therapeutic journey that released my authentic self from behind the masks I hid behind.
